Church Leadership Spring Training

Equip your church’s leadership for faithful, effective service at the ABCNJ Church Leadership Spring Training. This event convenes pastors and key lay leaders for a day of focused learning, encouragement, and renewal.

Learning Sessions are designed for Trustees, Deacons, Pastoral Relations Committees, Finance Teams, Treasurers, and Governance leaders, providing practical guidance, theological grounding, and best practices for today’s church challenges. Each session offers hands-on training that strengthens leadership skills, promotes healthy church administration, and supports strong ministry partnerships.

We will conclude our Church Leadership Spring Training with a 30-minute prayer walk through the community. Prayer walks are especially important in this season because they help us step outside the walls, seek God together, and intentionally pray over the people, places, and needs around us. As we walk, we listen, reflect, and intercede—aligning our hearts with God’s purpose for our community. Don't forget to  wear comfortable shoes, as we’ll be walking together throughout the area.

Join us for a day of collaboration and growth as we invest in the leaders who help guide our churches with wisdom, integrity, and vision.

Registration deadline is March 11th.
