 The Fanning the Flame 2010 Pastors Renewal Conference was a great success!
About 200 pastors and spouses from around the country heard great preaching and teaching, and throughly enjoyed the beautiful Green Lake setting.

This week, 52 members of ABCNJ will be attending the Fanning the Flame 2010 National Pastors Renewal Conference at Green Lake. Dr. Charles Wallace Smith, President of Palmer Seminary, is the evening plenary speaker, and during the day, 6 tracks will focus on various pastoral growth concerns.
Fanning the Flame 2010 is sponsored by a dozen ABC regions, including ABCNJ. The American Baptist Home Mission Societies (National Ministries), ABC Ministers Council, International Ministries, Christian Community Credit Union, MMBB, the Holy Spirit Renewal Ministries, Judson University and Judson Press are also involved. The Office of the General Secretary will be represented by Dr. Jeff Woods.
Please pray that all the participants will get to and from the conference without delays!
The regional office will be closed this week because of the conference.

Fanning the Flame 2010
Featuring Pleanary Speaker
Rev. Wallace Charles Smith
As President of Palmer Theological Seminary in Wynnewood, PA and Senior Pastor of Shiloh Baptist Church in Washington DC., Rev. Smith also serves as the Vice-President of the Baptist World Alliance.
In addition, six 8-hour tracks will be offered to give participants a more in-depth learning experience during the retreat:
